Shipping conditions

Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland, and Luxembourg.

Delivery for end customer orders is always by DPD.
NO DELIVERIES TO DHL/Deutsche Post PACKING STATIONS POSSIBLE!

Shipping costs (including VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat rate of 5 € per order.
From an order value of 49 € we deliver free of charge.

Deliveries abroad:
We calculate the shipping costs abroad according to shipping weight:
Parcels up to 2 kg - 12 €
Parcels over 2 kg up to 4 kg - 13 €
Parcels over 4 kg up to 6 kg - 14 €
Parcels over 6 kg up to 8 kg - 15 €
Parcels over 8 kg up to 10 kg - 16 €
Parcels over 10 kg up to 12 kg - 17 €
Parcels over 12 kg up to 14 kg - 18 €
Parcels over 14 kg up to 16 kg - 22 €
Parcels over 16 kg up to 18 kg - 22 €
Parcels over 18 kg up to 20 kg - 24 €
Parcels over 20 kg up to 25 kg - 26 €
Parcels over 25 kg up to 30 kg - 30 €

Delivery periods
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 3 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

The minimum order value is: 20 € for domestic and international deliveries. For dealers, it is 50 € in Germany and 100 € abroad.

Minimum order value for domestic orders is 50 € net (abroad 100 €)
Delivery will be made by DPD.
Up to 99,99€ net invoice value, we charge a net freight flat rate of 5 €/package,
thereafter (from 100 € net value of goods) we deliver free of charge within Germany.

 - except Koshi and Zaphir Chimes.

Koshi and Zaphir Chimes:
For Koshi and Zaphir Chimes, a flat rate shipping fee of 5 € net per package is charged, regardless of the invoice value. (Up to 100 chimes ALWAYS 1 package)

Deferred direct debits:
If you have selected the SEPA direct debit payment method, the amount will be collected a few days after the invoice is issued. Please ensure that you have sufficient funds in your account. If a direct debit fails, a flat-rate processing fee of 10 € net will be charged. Please understand that this payment method will be blocked for you after a failed direct debit.

*SEPA direct debits are automated, so it may be that your parcel has not yet arrived, but the Sepa direct debit has already been instructed. This is due to the delivery times of our parcel service.
