Production
The soaps by Savon du Midi are crafted in Provence, France. Soap making using vegetable oils has a long-standing tradition around the Mediterranean, especially in southern France – particularly in Marseille and Provence. Only vegetable oils from certified organic cultivation are used in the saponification process. After saponification, the final processing includes the addition of shea butter and, depending on the variety, honey, fragrance, or essential oils.

Savon du Midi soaps are made with traditional expertise in the Provençal soap-making tradition. This predominantly artisanal production method ensures a mild and nourishing soap of high quality.
