Our Citriodora soap releases a spicy-fresh scent of lemon eucalyptus that refreshes and invigorates the senses. The lemony note brings a zesty freshness, while subtle woody and earthy undertones provide a balanced depth. This fragrance blends invigorating freshness with a soft, grounding base, offering a cleansing experience that is both energizing and gentle.
Production
The soaps by Savon du Midi are crafted in Provence, France. Soap production using vegetable oils has a long tradition throughout the Mediterranean, with its heart in southern France – especially in Marseille and Provence. Only vegetable oils from certified organic cultivation are used in the saponification process. After saponification, the final processing includes the addition of shea butter and, depending on the variety, honey, fragrance, or essential oils.
Savon du Midi soaps are made with traditional expertise in the legacy of Provençal soap making. This predominantly artisanal production method is reflected in the quality of a mild and nourishing soap.
No animal fats are used in any of the soaps.
