The BIO Flower Soaps from Savon du Midi are produced in Provence, France. Soap making from plant oils has a long tradition around the Mediterranean. Its main centers in southern France are Marseille and Provence. For the production of the soap, only plant oils from certified organic cultivation (kbA) are used in the saponification process. After saponification, organic shea butter, fine flower parts, and high-quality perfumes or essential oils are added during the final processing. Savon du Midi soaps are made using traditional expertise in the tradition of Provençal soap making. This predominantly artisanal production method is reflected in the quality of a mild and nourishing soap.
None of the soaps use animal fats.
